Why the Phoenix

I was asked so many times why I chose the phoenix as The Shackz symbols. So decided to try and explain.

The phoenix is a sign of rebirth. That is what you are doing when you reach out for help. You put your old you your old live your old manners, obstacles, abuse, being raped, living with a narcissist, having personality disorders, anxiety, depression, not being okay, you put that all alight by talking about it facing it it naming it, and a new you arise out of that ashes. It's a slow process but once you break free of all that baggage a glorious thing happens a new you arise. You face life and you don't back down.

For you are newborn, a phoenix out of the ashes of alot of hurt. And only you can do it only you can decide to start that fire to your old live.
